    摘要:

    针对某型汽车起重机上车液压空调系统易出现驱动压缩机皮带瞬间断裂、马达油封漏油及换向电磁阀线圈烧蚀等故障现象,通过对普通二通插装阀结构改造,优化设计了一种液压驱动空调系统。经试验,改进后的系统方案能满足其使用要求,适用性更强,能进一步降低液压马达的开启缓冲。市场应用表明:空调压缩机皮带使用寿命明显延长,未出现瞬间皮带断裂和电磁阀线圈烧坏故障。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the vehicle hydraulic air conditioning system of a certain type of truck crane, is easy to appear faults such as instantaneous fracture of the drive compressor belt, oil leakage of the motor oil seal and ablation of the reversing solenoid valve coil,a hydraulic driven air conditioning system was optimized by the structural transformation of the ordinary two-way cartridge valve. After testing, the improved system scheme meets its application requirements, which is more applicable, and can further reduce the opening buffer of the hydraulic motor. Market application shows that the service life of air conditioning compressor belt is significantly extended, there is no instantaneous belt fracture and solenoid valve coil burning fault.
