Abstract:The dynamic errors of different axial feed systems of multi axis linkage machine tools are different and will be influenced by the complex working conditions. Analyzing the phase law in the dynamic characteristics of the feed system is essential to achieve multi axis linkage and mutual compensation between axes. The centralized parameter method was used to build the dynamic model of the feeding system. According to different working conditions, the parameter change model of some joint surfaces was established.At the same time, the frequency of exciting force and the change of friction force of the feeding system were analyzed. Based on Simulink, the output signal and input signal were compared and analyzed, and the change law of the phase characteristics of the feeding system under the change of dynamic parameters was obtained. The result indicates that the following characteristics of the feed system are better at low speed, and there’〖KG-*2〗s not a significant lag on output signal. However, an obvious phase difference and the phase angle affected by the friction of the workbench and the axial stiffness of the lead screw can be observed at high speed.
