    摘要:

    为了改善现有垂直轴风力机的启动性能和风能利用率,提出了一种基于齿轮连杆结构的被动变桨距结构,并利用运动学仿真软件ADAMS验证了变桨距机构的可行性;此外,还对流体求解器Fluent进行二次开发,编制了一套可有效求解被动变桨距垂直轴风力机和流体流动相互作用的计算程序,并在6 m/s的风速下分析不同变桨振幅对风力机捕能性能的影响。结果表明:所提出的被动变桨距机构能够提升风力机的启动性能,在±25°变桨振幅下风力机的风能利用率达到了17.633%。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the starting performance and wind energy utilization of the existing vertical axis wind turbine,a passive variable pitch structure based on gear linkage structure was proposed,and the feasibility of the variable pitch mechanism was verified by the kinematics simulation software ADAMS.Then the fluid solver Fluent was developed again,a set of program was developed to effectively solve the interaction between passive variable pitch vertical axis wing turbine and fluid flow,and the influence of different variable pitch amplitude on the energy capture performance of wind turbine was analyzed at 6 m/s wind speed.The results show that the proposed passive pitch mechanism can improve the start-up performance of the wind turbine,and the wind energy utilization rate of the wind turbine can reach 17.633% under the amplitude of ±25°.
