    摘要:

    针对ZJU400土工离心机多通道高压旋转接头结构复杂、内部状态难以观测,且故障具有隐蔽性、机液耦合性和交错性的问题,提出基于多传感器信息感知的监测方法。选取旋转接头摆动、振动、温升和泄漏量作为状态监测参数,上下位机的控制系统进行数据采集、分析和记录,实现了整套系统运行状态的实时监测。通过提取和分析旋转接头的径向摆动、轴承振动信号、芯轴温升和流体泄漏量的综合特征,表明整个系统运行状态良好。

    Abstract:

    In view of the complex structure of the multi-channel high-pressure rotary joint of ZJU400 geo-centrifuge,the internal state is difficult to observe,and the fault is hidden,mechanical-liquid coupling and staggered,a monitoring method based on multi-sensor information sensing was proposed.The swing,vibration,temperature rise and leakage of the rotary joint were selected as the state monitoring parameters.The data were collected,analyzed and recorded by the control system of the upper and lower computer,and the real-time monitoring of the operating state of the whole system was realized.By extracting and analyzing the comprehensive characteristics of the radial swing of the rotary joint,the bearing vibration signal,the core shaft temperature rise and the fluid leakage,it is indicated that the whole system is in good operation condition.
