    针对液压式压裂泵多液缸输出流体脉动问题,分析液压式压裂泵脉动产生机制,在此基础上提出基于位移协调控制的液压式压裂泵脉动抑制方法,根据样机参数建立仿真模型,并在输出压力为55 MPa的工况下验证了仿真模型的正确性。在发动机输出最大功率、压裂泵输出最大流量工况下进行仿真。理论和仿真结果表明:基于位移协调控制的液压式压裂泵脉动抑制方法,通过实时检测各液压缸内柱塞的位移,一缸柱塞即将到位的信号除了控制自身减速停止外,还要控制另外一缸柱塞启动加速,使得两缸柱塞的减速和加速过程互相重叠,实现了液缸柱塞的强制有序换向,可显著抑制流量和压力脉动;在发动机输出最大功率、压裂泵输出最大流量工况下,输出流量脉动从25.45%降低到11.55%,输出压力脉动从46.58%降低到21.93%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of output fluid pulsation of multiple hydraulic cylinders of hydraulic fracturing pump, the pulsation mechanism of hydraulic fracturing pump was analyzed. On this basis, a pulsation suppression method for hydraulic fracturing pump based on displacement coordinated control was proposed. And the simulation model was established according to the prototype parameters. And the correctness of the simulation model was verified under the working condition of 55 MPa output pressure. And the simulation was carried out under the conditions of maximum engine output power and maximum fracturing pump output flow. The theory and simulation results show that the pulsation suppression method for hydraulic fracturing pump based on displacement coordinated control, by detecting the displacement of the plunger in each hydraulic cylinder in real time, the signal that the plunger of one cylinder is about to be in place not only controls its own deceleration and stop, but also controls the start and acceleration of the plunger of the other cylinder, so that the deceleration and acceleration processes of the plunger of the two cylinders overlap each other. Using this method, the forced and orderly reversing of the hydraulic cylinder plunger is realized,the flow and pressure pulsation can be significantly suppressed. Under the condition of maximum engine output power and maximum fracturing pump output flow, the output flow pulsation of hydraulic fracturing pump is reduced from 25.45% to 11.55%, and the output pressure pulsation is reduced from 46.58% to 21.93%.
