    摘要:

    为了保障国内某大型风洞模型支撑机构运行,特研制一套电液伺服系统,用于精确控制两并联双级油缸。该特殊电液伺服系统在油源系统、伺服控制油路、电控系统等方面采用诸多巧妙设计,不仅能很好满足大惯性、大载荷、大流量跨度的特殊工况,而且有效解决了油缸两腔面积比超大的可控性、并联双级油缸的运动同步性与精确定位能力、系统运行安全性等关键问题。

    Abstract:

    A special electro hydraulic servo system was developed for precise control of parallel two-stage cylinders in order to drive model supporting mechanism in a large wind tunnel. Many ingenious designs were introduced in oil source system,servo controller system and electric control system of the new special electro hydraulic servo system. Not only the needs of large inertia, heavy load, and large flow span special condition are met, but also the pivotal problems of controllability of super-large area ratio cylinder, synchronous ability and precise location ability of parallel two-stage cylinders, and security of system operation can be solved well.
