    摘要:

    以某项目中的水平中开式高压双吸循环泵为研制对象,为实现供热系统节能运行,降低供热成本,对热水循环泵的高性能、高扬程、高可靠性提出较高的要求。考虑到输送介质是130 ℃高温热水,泵的工作压力为1.6 MPa,要求整个壳体结构满足强度,各部件热变形对组件配合间隙变化量影响较小,借鉴优秀的水力性能同时兼顾结构的合理性,对叶轮、吸入室、压出室进行水力设计。设计完成后借助分析软件对泵的性能、结构强度、热变形量以及转子动力学进行仿真和优化,通过试验验证测试,产品满足设计要求,达到客户使用要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize energy-saving operation of heating system and reduce heating cost,high performance,high head and high reliability requirements are put forward for hot water circulating pump.Considering that the conveying medium is 130 ℃ high temperature hot water and the working pressure of the pump is 1.6 MPa,the whole shell structure is required to meet the strength demand,and the thermal deformation of each component has little influence on the variation of the component matching gap.Drawing on the experience of excellent hydraulic performance while taking into account the rationality of the structure,the hydraulic design of the impeller,suction chamber and extrusion chamber was carried out.After the design was completed,the pump performance,structural strength,thermal deformation and rotor dynamics were simulated and optimized with the help of analysis software.Through the test verification,the product meets the design requirements and customers requirements.
