    摘要:

    油品净化是各大企业长期面临的一项重要工作,离心净化油品是一种高效率低消耗的净化方式,由于净化过程中排水量较大,设计一种自动排水装置,进而基于NB-IoT技术,实现各油站油品含水量、污染度等各项参数以及油品净化设备各运行参数在线实时远程监控,实现对油品的管控。通过在某钢铁公司热轧润滑系统的运用数据表明:采用基于NB-IoT技术的离心净化、远程监控,可以充分实现油品的在线净化,保持油液含水量低于0.03%,污染度在NAS1638-7级以下,净化后的油液能够满足生产需求。

    Abstract:

    Oil purification is an important task faced by major enterprises for a long time,centrifugal purification oil is a high efficiency and low consumption method.Due to the large amount of discharge during the purification process,an automatic drainage device was designed.Then based on NB-IoT technology,online real-time remote monitoring on the oil content of each oil station,pollution and other parameters and oil purification equipment operating parameters was realized to achieve oil control.The measured data from the hot rolling lubrication system of a iron and steel company show that through the use of centrifugal purification and remote monitoring based on NB-IoT technology,the online purification of oil products can be fully realized,the water content of the oil is less than 0.03%,and the pollution degree is below NAS1638-7,and the purified oil can meet the production needs.
