    摘要:

    燃油调节器是维系航空发动机正常运转的重要组成部分。针对发动机对燃油调节器提出的更高响应时间要求,根据燃油调节器的结构和原理明确主调节活门是影响燃油调节器响应时间的关键零部件。由主调节活门的液压回路控制原理设计新型主调节活门。最后,分别对新型主调节活门和传统型主调节活门开展理论计算验证和仿真验证。仿真结果表明:当占空比τ=0%、τ=100%时,所设计的新型主调节活门的响应时间分别为0.613 s和0.843 s,相较于传统主调节活门,其响应效率分别提升了29.5%(占空比τ=0%)和9.06%(占空比τ=100%),满足了发动机对燃油计量系统提出的快速响应要求。

    Abstract:

    Fuel regulator is an important part to maintain the normal operation of aero-engine.Aiming at the higher requirements of the engine for the fuel regulator response time,according to the structure and principle of the fuel regulator,the main regulating valve was the key component that affected the response time of the fuel regulator was clarified.A new type of main regulating valve was designed according to the hydraulic circuit control principle of the main regulating valve.Finally,theoretical calculation verification and simulation verification were carried out for the new main regulating valve and the traditional main regulating valve respectively.The simulation results indicate that with the duty cycle τ =0% and τ =100%,the response time of new main regulating valve is 0.613 s and 0.843 s,respectively;compared with the traditional main regulating valve,its response efficiency has been improved by 29.5% (duty cycle τ =0%) and 9.06% (duty cycle τ =100%),which meets the rapid response requirements of the engine to the fuel metering system.
