    摘要:

    为研究某型平板高速开关阀(HSV)的控制特性,探索其小电流驱动控制机制,描述开关阀的结构组成及工作机制,建立数学模型,并定性说明其静态压力控制特性;基于开源电磁分析软件FEMM建立电磁铁的有限元模型,获得电磁力及磁通密度在工作气隙与线圈电流坐标空间的分布规律;建立开关阀的机-电-液联合仿真模型,研究其静态压力控制特性,重点描述线圈电流、阀板位移、磁路电感、控制腔压力的动态响应过程,阐明该电磁阀实现小电流驱动控制的机制;最后,测试HSV静、动态性能进行对比验证。实测结果表明:仿真模型较好地刻画了平板高速开关阀的静、动态特性,阐明了小电流驱动的机制,可为低功耗产品开发提供重要参考与借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to determine the control characteristics of a plate-typed high-speed on/off valve (HSV) and explore its low-current driving control mechanism,the structure and operating principle of the on-off valve were described,and based on the established mathematical model,the static pressure control characteristic was qualitatively explained.By using of the open-source electromagnetic analysis software FEMM,the finite element model of electromagnet was established,and the distributions law of electromagnetic force and magnetic flux density in working air gap and coil current coordinate space were obtained.Then,the co-simulation model of the on-off valve was established,the static pressure control characteristics was studied,and the dynamic responses of coil current,valve displacement,circuit inductance and chamber pressure were elaborately analyzed,the low-current driving control mechanism of HSV was expounded.Finally,the static and dynamic performance of HSV was tested and compared.The experimental results show that the established model can well describe the static and dynamic characteristics of the plated-type HSV,and the low-current driving mechanism is well explained,which can provide good reference for further development of low-power HSV.
