    摘要:

    为了探索嵌入式共固化阻尼复合材料圆板结构的阻尼特性,基于一阶剪切变形理论,计算阻尼复合材料圆板结构的应变能和动能,在四边固支边界条件下,运用Rayleigh-Ritz法建立阻尼圆板结构的理论模型。制作阻尼圆板结构试件并搭建实验平台,通过理论解、数值模拟解以及模态实验解三者对比,证明了理论模型的有效性,同时进一步分析阻尼层参数对结构固有频率和损耗因子的影响。结果表明:当阻尼层比率达到一定值时,损耗因子存在峰值;在半径一定的情况下,取与半径适当比例的阻尼层厚度可以明显增强结构的刚度和阻尼性能;复合材料层与阻尼层厚度比存在结构设计最优值。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the damping characteristics of the embedded co-cured damping composite circular plate structure,based on the first-order shear deformation theory,the strain energy and kinetic energy of the damping composite circular plate structure were calculated,and the theoretical model of the damped circular plate structure was established by the Rayleigh-Ritz method under the condition of the four-side clamped boundary.The damping circular plate structural specimens were made and the experimental platform was built.The theoretical solution,numerical simulation solution and modal experimental solution were compared to prove the validity of the theoretical model.At the same time,the effect of damping layer parameters on the natural frequency and loss factor of the structure was further analyzed.The results show that when the ratio of the damping layer reaches a certain value,the loss factor has a peak value;under the condition of a certain radius,the stiffness and damping performance of the structure can be significantly enhanced by taking the thickness of the damping layer in an appropriate proportion to the radius;the thickness of the composite material layer and the damping layer ratio exists the optimal value of the structure design.
