    针对往复走丝电火花线切割高厚度工件时因极间电极丝加长导致的刚性差、切割工件腰鼓度增大的问题,设计一种间距可调式双导向器装置。该装置采用2个圆形孔导向器,且两导向器的间距可调。采用有限元法对极间电极丝进行模态分析和随机振动变形分析,结果表明:与单导向器相比,双导向器将极间电极丝固有频率提高了18 Hz,电极丝随机振动振幅降低到原来的1/7,说明双导向器提高了电极丝刚性,且电极丝振动幅值大大降低。最后进行了400 mm厚度工件采用2种导向器定位的切割试验,结果表明:双导向器切割工件表面条纹显著减少,切割工件腰鼓度误差降低了5.4 μm,说明双导向器的使用显著提高了电极丝空间位置稳定性,从而提高高厚度工件切割表面质量,降低切割工件腰鼓度误差。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the drum-shaped inaccuracy of the cutting workpiece increases due to the weak rigidity caused by the lengthening of electrode wires between electrodes in reciprocating WEDM with high thickness,a dual-guides device with adjustable spacing was designed.Two circular hole guides were adopted in the device,and the spacing between the two guides was adjustable.The modal analysis and random vibration deformation analysis of the electrode wire between electrodes were carried out by using the finite element method.The results show that compared with the single-guide device,the dual-guides device increases the natural frequency of the electrode wire between electrodes by 18 Hz,and the random vibration amplitude of the electrode wire is reduced to one seventh of the original.This shows that the dual-guides device improves the rigidity of the electrode wire,and the vibration amplitude of the electrode wire is greatly reduced.Finally,the cutting tests of 400 mm high thickness workpiece with two kinds of guides were carried out.The results show that the stripes on the workpiece surface cut by dual-guides device are significantly reduced,and the drum-shaped inaccuracy of the cutting workpiece is reduced by 5.4 μm.It shows that the stability of electrode wire space position is significantly improved by using of dual-guides,thereby improving the cutting surface quality of high thickness workpieces and reducing the drum-shaped inaccuracy of cutting workpieces.
