    摘要:

    针对传统铁路桥塔预制钢筋网片制作效率低、焊接质量不稳定等问题,提出以工业机器人取代传统人工制作的思路,设计基于机器人集群化制造的钢筋网片生产线。对传统制作流程进行分析,从各工序特点入手,提出工业机器人全工序取代的总体设计方案;通过搭配机器人作业辅助机械结构,结合工业级视觉系统,设计基于机器人制作的钢筋网片全自动化生产线和生产工艺;最后,通过试验和工程应用对生产线方案的可行性和实用性进行验证。结果表明:基于机器人集群化制造的钢筋网片制作生产效率更高、焊接质量更为稳定,同时降低了劳动强度,减少了人工成本,达到了预期的设计效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and unstable welding quality of prefabricated steel mesh for traditional railway bridge pylon,the idea of replacing traditional manual production with industrial robot was proposed,and a steel mesh production line based on robot cluster manufacturing was designed.The traditional production process was analyzed,and the overall design scheme of replacing the whole process with industrial robot was put forward from the characteristics of each process.A fully automated production line and production process of steel mesh based on robot were designed by combining with robot operation assisted mechanical structure and industrial vision system.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the production line scheme were verified by test and engineering application.The results show that the production efficiency of steel mesh based on robot cluster manufacturing is higher,the welding quality is more stable, the labor intensity and labor cost are reduced,and the expected design effect is achieved.
