    摘要:

    地铁齿轮箱流场分析是研究输出端轴承润滑的基础,箱体型腔结构参数对齿轮和轴承的润滑有非常重要的影响。通过计算机流体仿真软件CFX,采用浸入实体法,建立地铁齿轮箱斜齿轮飞溅润滑的CFD数值仿真模型,得到不同工况下输出端轴承集油盒入口处的润滑油速度和体积分数;分析径向距离、轴向距离、导油筋宽度对集油盒平面润滑油体积分数和速度的影响规律。分析结果表明:在1 800~3 600 r/min转速下,集油盒平面润滑油体积分数与油速呈负相关关系,在一定导油筋宽度下,增加轴向与径向距离会增加集油盒平面润滑油体积分数,减小集油盒平面的油速;轴向距离和径向距离不变,随着导油筋宽度增加,润滑油体积分数增加,油速降低。

    Abstract:

    The flow field analysis of the metro gearbox is the basis of the research on the lubrication of the output bearing. The structural parameters of the gearbox cavity have a very important influence on the lubrication of the gears and bearings. The CFD numerical simulation model of splash lubrication of helical gears in the metro gearbox was established by using the computer fluid simulation software CFX and the immersion entity method, and the speed and volume fraction of lubricating oil at the inlet of the bearing oil collecting box at the output end under different working conditions were obtained. The influence of radial distance, axial distance and guide rib width on the volume fraction and velocity of lubricating oil in the plane of oil collecting box was analyzed. The results show that the volume fraction of lubricating oil in the plane of the oil collecting box is negatively correlated with the oil velocity at the rotating speed from 1 800 to 3 600 r/min; under a certain width of the oil guide rib, increasing the axial and radial distances will increase the volume fraction of lubricating oil in the plane of the oil collecting box and reduce the plane oil velocity of the oil collecting box;when the axial distance and radial distance remain unchanged, with the increase of guide rib width, the volume fraction of lubricating oil increases and the oil velocity decreases.
