    摘要:

    飞机旋翼刹车装置和飞机机轮刹车装置都需要刹车性能试验,刹车试验台中都需要模拟转动惯量。基于其共性,设计适合两种类型试验的鼓轮,合理组合,共用一个轴系和动力,通过两个鼓轮离合满足不同的惯量模拟要求,既能用于旋翼刹车装置的刹车性能试验,同时又兼容轻型飞机机轮刹车装置的动态性能测试。设计了满足各种试验工况的装置。通过有限元进行强度分析并对其进行动态性能分析,满足设计要求。试验结果证明试验台鼓轮离合方便,各种试验工作可靠、设备稳定。

    Abstract:

    The plane rotor brake and aircraft wheel brake need brake performance test,the moment of inertia in the brake test bench in needed for simulation. Based on their universality, the drum suitable for two types of test was designed,the parts were reasonable combinated, sharing a shaft and the power, through the two drum clutch meet different demand for inertia simulation.It can be used for rotor brake braking performance test,at the same time it can compatible with the dynamic performance test of light aircraft wheel brake device. The device was designed to meet various test conditions.Through the finite element strength analysis and dynamic performance analysis,it meets the design requirements.The test proves that the drum wheel of the test bed is convenient to clutch,reliable and stable in all kinds of tests.
