    摘要:

    航空高速湿转子发电机油摩损耗比重较大,油摩损耗相关因素分析对整机效率优化极为重要。以一台额定转速为30 000 r/min的航空高速湿转子发电机为例,利用计算流体动力学的方法对定转子气隙内三维流场进行研究,通过数值计算与解析计算横向对比,验证了数值计算的正确性;同时,以数值计算为基础,分析转子速度、航空煤油工作温度、定转子气隙长度、定子槽口尺寸、转子外圆粗糙高度和定转子偏心度等运行、结构和工艺因素对转子油摩损耗的影响。得到结论如下:修正了转子油摩损耗与转速的幂指函数关系,修正后指数为2.833 5;流体介质工作温度的增大有利于降低转子油摩损耗;定转子气隙长度对转子油摩损耗影响较小,其数值的选取应当优先满足磁路计算的需要;槽口绝缘封闭处理、减少槽口宽度会降低转子油摩损耗;转子外圆粗糙度、定转子偏心度的存在都会导致转子油摩损耗增加。

    Abstract:

    The proportion of oil frictional loss is large in high speed wet rotor generator.The analysis for oil frictional loss related factors is very important for the efficiency optimization of the machine.An aviation high speed wet rotor generator with a rated speed of 30 000 r /min was taken as an example.The 3D flow field in the air gap of the constant rotor was studied by means of computational fluid dynamics.The correctness of the numerical calculation was verified by transverse comparison between analytical and numerical calculations.At the same time,based on the numerical calculation,the influences of the rotor speed,aviation kerosene working temperature,rotor air gap length,the size of the stator slot,the rough height and the cylindrical rotor stator eccentricity and other operation,structure and process factors on the rotor oil frictional loss were analyzed.The results are as follows:the power index of rotor oil frictional loss and speed is 2833 5 after correction;the increase of the operating temperature of the fluid medium is beneficial to reduce the oil frictional loss of the rotor;the air gap length of the fixed rotor has little effect on the oil frictional loss of the rotor,and the selection of its value should give priority to meet the needs of magnetic circuit calculation;the sealing treatment of the notch and the reduction of the width of the notch will reduce the oil frictional loss of the rotor;the existence of rotor outer circle roughness and constant rotor eccentricity will lead to the increase of rotor oil frictional loss.
