    摘要:

    针对三偏心蝶阀开阀过程中易出现阀轴运动不平稳、卡涩故障等问题,基于三偏心蝶阀研究操作力矩及其动作特性。利用有限元仿真软件Fluent对三偏心蝶阀不同开度与压差下的内部流场状态、动水力矩及其系数进行模拟计算,并通过实验验证仿真结果的准确性;利用三偏心蝶阀操作力矩计算公式对实验阀门进行数值计算,分析动作过程中操作扭矩随开度的变化;最后利用仿真平台AMESim对单作用气动执行器系统进行建模,分析操作力矩对开阀动作时间及蝶板稳定性的影响。结果表明: 随着压差的增加,动水力矩的最大值向小开度偏移,在60°~75°开度区间达到最大值;蝶阀的压差越大,阀轴动作时间越长且越不稳定,0.1、0.3 MPa压差下三偏心蝶阀动作时间分别增加了4.4%、10.7%;增加气缸直径、弹簧刚度可增加动作的稳定性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of unstable valve spindle movement and jamming failure easily occurring during the opening of the triple eccentric butterfly valve,the operating torque and action characteristics of the triple eccentric butterfly valve were studied.The internal flow field state,dynamic hydraulic torque and its coefficients of the triple eccentric butterfly valve under different opening degrees and differential pressure were simulated and calculated using the finite element simulation software Fluent,and the simulation results accuracy was verified through experiments.Using the operating torque equation of triple eccentric butterfly valve,the experimental valve was numerically calculated and its operating torque variation with the opening degree was analyzed.Finally,the simulation platform AMESim was used to model the single-acting pneumatic actuator system and to analyze the influence of the operating torque on the opening valve action time and the stability of the butterfly plate.The results show that:with the increase of differential pressure,the maximum value of dynamic hydraulic torque shifts to small opening degree and reaches the maximum value in the 60° to 75° opening degree interval;the larger the differential pressure of butterfly valve is,the longer and more unstable the valve spindle action time are,and the action time of triple eccentric butterfly valve increases by 4.4% and 10.7% under 0.1 MPa and 0.3 MPa differential pressure,respectively;increasing the cylinder diameter and the spring elasticity coefficient can increase the stability of action.
