    摘要:

    针对建模后修改模型参数需要返回到对应软件的问题,搭建新的机电液联合仿真平台,通过独立开发的人机界面,分别调用ADAMS、Simulink和AMESim接口,在此界面直接修改机电液参数,实现机电液一体化仿真。该平台以Python作为开发语言,对各仿真软件的数据传输接口进行分析和参数化设计;使用TCP/IP技术实现仿真平台和ADAMS的数据传输;使用MATLAB虚拟环境中的API函数,实现Simulink中模块参数的动态修改;用Python代码建立AMESim液压系统模型,实现所有液压元件参数的编程化修改。结合喷管模型进行仿真测试,结果表明:该平台界面简洁,操作简单,能大幅提高仿真效率,对机电液一体化仿真分析具有普遍适用性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the modified model parameters after modelling need to be returned to the corresponding software,a new mechatronic-hydraulic joint simulation platform was built.Through the independent developed human-machine interface,AMESim and ADAMS and Simulink interface were respectively called,the mechatronic-hydraulic parameters could be modified directly at this interface to realize mechatronic-hydraulic integration simulation.Python was taken as the development language to analyze and parameterize the data transmission interface of each simulation software.TCP/IP technology was used to realize the simulation platform and ADAMS data transmission.The API function in MATLAB virtual environment was used to realize the dynamic modification of module parameters in Simulink.The AMESim hydraulic system model was established with Python code,and the parameters of all hydraulic components were programmed and modified.Combined with the simulation test of the nozzle model,the results show that the platform interface is concise,the operation is simple,which can greatly improve the simulation efficiency and has universal applicability to the simulation analysis of mechatronic-hydraulic integration.
