    摘要:

    针对传统的故障模式影响分析(FMEA)方法选取装备维修策略中,风险评价因子很难被精确的评估、没有具体考虑故障特点等缺陷,提出一种考虑模糊语境和故障特点的基于FMEA的装备维修策略选取方法。该方法采用三角模糊数和相似度选取装备维修策略,既考虑了风险评价因子的模糊性,又考虑了装备故障特点,使得维修策略的选取更加符合工程实际。最后以自行高炮的自动机为例,验证了该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problems that the risk assessment factors are difficult to be assessed accurately and failure characteristics are not specifically considered in the traditional failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) methods selecting the equipment maintenance decision,an improved method of equipment maintenance decision was proposed for considering fuzzy context the fault characteristics.The equipment maintenance decision was selected by combining triangular fuzzy number and similarity.Through considering the fuzzy of the risk assessment factors and the characteristics of equipment failure,the method makes the selection of maintenance decision more consistent with the practical engineering.Finally,a case study of the auto-mechanism of the self-propelled antiaircraft gun system was presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
