    摘要:

    为实现微细车削自动化加工,基于LabVIEW开发微细车削加工控制系统。该系统使用模块化设计,包括初始化模块、定位对刀模块、G代码加工模块和实时坐标显示模块,通过计算两轴的速度比例并赋予相应值实现斜线插补,通过逐点比较法实现圆弧插补。为提高微细车削编程效率,基于Python开发微细车削G代码自动生成系统,该系统包括参数设置模块、切削设置模块和G代码生成模块。利用G代码自动生成系统获取G代码,然后将生成的G代码导入到微细车削加工控制系统,对直径3 mm的铝合金棒料进行了微细车削加工实验,成功加工出微细阶梯轴、圆珠笔头以及微细螺纹。

    Abstract:

    To realize automatic micro-turning machining,a micro-turning machining control system was developed based on LabVIEW.In the system,modular design was used,including an initialization module,positioning tool setting module,G code machining module,and real-time coordinate display module.The oblique line interpolation was realized by calculating the speed ratio of the two axes of the plane and assigning the corresponding value,and the circular interpolation was realized by the point-by-point comparison method.To improve the efficiency of micro-turning programming,a micro-turning G code automatic generation system was developed based on Python,which included a parameter setting module,cutting setting module,and G code generation module.The automatic generation system of G code was used to obtain the G code,and then the generated G code was imported into the control system 〖JP2〗of micro-turning.The micro-turning experiment of an aluminum alloy bar with a diameter of 3 mm was carried out,and the micro-〖JP〗step shaft,ball-point pen head,and micro-thread were successfully machined.
