    臂架液压系统是混凝土泵车的重要组成部分,用于输送混凝土和布料,目前存在压损过大的问题。借助AMESim 与Simcenter 3D Montion软件建立62 m泵车臂架虚拟样机模型,经实验验证该虚拟样机与实际系统具有90%以上的契合度。利用臂架虚拟样机研究系统的动态特性,揭示系统的压力分布,分析系统压损过高的原因,可知主要压力损失集中在平衡阀与长液压管路,提出3种降低压损的方案。以臂架管路通径优化为例,进行仿真分析与优化,并通过实验验证了管路通径优化效果。由仿真和实验结果可知:五臂倒钩收回工况下,将臂架长管路通径由8 mm增大至10 mm,可使小腔侧管路压力损失降低50%,大腔侧管路压力损失降低60%,可有效降低系统压力。

    Abstract:

    Boom hydraulic system is an important part of concrete pump truck,which is used to transport concrete and distribute material.At present,there is the problem of excessive pressure loss.With the help of AMESim and Simcenter 3D Montion software,the virtual prototype model of 62 m pump truck boom was established.The experimental result shows that the virtual prototype has more than 90% consistency with the actual system.The dynamic characteristics of the system were studied by using the boom virtual prototype,the pressure distribution of the system was revealed,the reasons for high system pressure loss was analyzed.The main pressure loss was concentrated in the balance valve and long hydraulic pipelines.Three solutions were proposed to reduce pressure loss.Taking the optimization of boom pipe diameter as an example,the simulation analysis and optimization were carried out,and the optimization effect of pipe diameter was verified by experiments.According to simulation and experimental results,it can be concluded that under the condition of five arm hook retraction,increasing the diameter of the long pipeline of the boom from 8 mm to 10 mm can reduce the pressure loss of the small cavity side pipeline by 50% and the large cavity side pipeline by 60%,effectively reducing the system pressure.
