    动态特性是衡量电磁阀性能的重要指标,同时也是最难解决的问题之一。通过建立某型号气动电磁阀的AMESim模型并进行动态特性优化仿真研究,分析不同控制方法对其动态特性的影响。通过仿真发现,当采用12 V和24 V单电压控制时,随着控制电压的升高,气动电磁阀打开时间缩短,关闭时间延长,达不到提高动态特性的目的;在分析原因后,提出24 V加4 V双电压控制方式,气动电磁阀打开时间和关闭时间均有所降低,但降低幅度不大,效果不明显;在分析本质原因后,提出三电压控制方式,最终气动电磁阀的打开时间由16 ms降低到9 ms,关闭时间由61 ms降低到11 ms,有效提高了气动电磁阀的动态特性。并通过试验验证了仿真的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Dynamic characteristics are important indicators for measuring the performance of electromagnetic valves,and are also the most difficult problems to solve.By establishing an AMESim model of a certain type of pneumatic solenoid valve and conducting dynamic characteristic optimization simulation research,the impacts of different control methods on its dynamic characteristics were analyzed.Through simulation,it was found that when using 12 V and 24 V single voltage control,as the control voltage increased,the opening time of the pneumatic solenoid valve decreased and the closing time prolonged,failing to achieve the goal of improving dynamic characteristics.After analyzing the reasons,a dual voltage control method of 24 V and 4 V was proposed,which reduced the opening and closing time of the pneumatic solenoid valve,but the reduction was not significant and the effect was not significant.After analyzing the underlying reasons,a three voltage control method was proposed,which ultimately reduced the opening time of the pneumatic solenoid valve from 16 ms to 9 ms and the closing time from 61 ms to 11 ms,effectively improving the dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic solenoid valve.And the effectiveness of the simulation was verified through experiments.
