How to choose cutter parameters of milling machining is one of the key problems. The milling property, existing problems and reasons of 0Cr25Ni20 austnite stainless steel were introduced. By experiment, different milling effects under different cutter parameters were gained,so influence of cutter parameters on machining quality of 0Cr25Ni20 austnite stainless steel was analyzed, as well as existing problems and reasons.It provides reference for selection of milling cutter parameters.
