The hydraulic tire curing press is the key equipment for tire manufacturing. According to the requirements of high speed, high precision and reliability for the hydraulic tire curing press, the functions of hydraulic system were analyzed and the circuits of hydraulic system were designed.In the hydraulic station, the average flow method was adopted to save the energy. Simulations on the accuracy,celerity and startup performance of the hydraulic system were made based on the mathematical model. The field results show the design and simulation are correct and valid.
