Abstract:In order to achieve contact force control of high speed wire bonding and provide guarantee for quality consistency, Turbo PMAC was chosen as LED weld bonding motion control platform. On the basis of analyzing the servo output mechanism of Turbo PMAC, a method of position/force section switching control was proposed. In addition, the trajectory curve was optimized,which was realized with program. The optimized motion curve can keep a soft landing, thus the control to contact force is realized.
