    摘要:

    长冲程、大载荷的有杆抽油机是机械采油发展的主趋势,常规游梁式抽油机已不适应这一趋势要求。在研究塔架钢丝绳无游梁式抽油机的基础上,设计了双曲柄滑轮增程抽油机,该抽油机的电机输出运动由滚子链传动和三环减速器减速后,再由双曲柄连杆机构驱动配重箱和增程卷筒作上下往复运动, 从而实现抽油动作。这种抽油机具有节能效果好、可靠性高、运行平稳和维护方便等特点, 具有较好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    It is the main trend of the mechanical oil recovery development that the sucker rod pumping unit with long stroke and large load, the conventional beam pumping unit don't adapt to the requirement. The double crank-pulley extending-range pumping unit was designed on the research basis of the tower steel wire rope non-beam pumping units, motor output movement was retarded by roller chain drive and three-ring gear reducer, the double crank connecting rod drove the weight box and range-drums to move up and down, and thus the pumping movement was achieved. The pumping unit has its own advanced features, such as good energy-saving effect, high reliability, smooth operation and convenient maintenance. It has good application prospects.
