电子束加工机床运动系统设计及误差补偿

    摘要:

    根据电子束加工机床的需要,构建了电子束加工工艺流程,设计了运动系统结构并实现了X和Y方向的二维运动,研究了运动系统驱动原理。完成了基于PC机的控制系统设计,开发出基于串口的上位机控制软件,设计出基于AT89S52单片机芯片的下位机。对完成的运动及控制系统进行实验研究并获得误差补偿值。

    Abstract:

    According to the electron beam machining needs, the electronic beam machining process was constructed. The motion system structure was designed and two-dimensional motion was realized in X and Y direction. Moving system driving principle was studied. Computer control system was designed based on PC. The PC control software was developed based on the serial port, and single chip computer was designed based on AT89S52 chip. The precision experiments for the movement and control systems were completed and error compensation value was acquired.
