Abstract:Based on the structure of two way cartridge valve, a new design scheme of hydraulic cartridge three four-way solenoid directional valve was put forward, and its working principle was introduced. At the same time, the simulation model was established in AMESim in water medium condition for the valve, respectively the dynamic characteristics of cartridge directional valve were analyzed with effects by different valve core area ratio, valve core damping hole diameter, pilot valve hole diameter, valve core quality and spring stiffness in the idle load condition, and based on the AMESim simulation analysis, the optimal structure parameters and dynamic characteristic curve of the valve were obtained. The simulation results show that the solenoid directional valve possessed of optimal structure parameters model is reversing rapid, stable and reliable.
