    摘要:

    针对现有的液压多路阀试验台存在功能不全、可靠性差、测试精度和试验效率低等问题,设计了基于PLC的多功能液压多路阀试验台。该试验台由液压试验系统、操作台、PLC采集控制系统、触摸屏和上位计算机等组成。实际应用表明:该试验台可满足液控和电液比例控制液压多路阀的测试要求,且测试精度和试验效率高,可靠性强,用户界面友好。可为产品出厂测试、设计及维护提供实验支持。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of the few functions, poor reliability, and low test accuracy and efficiency of the existing hydraulic multi-way valve test platform, a multi-function hydraulic multi way valve test platform based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was designed. The test platform was composed of hydraulic test system, work station, PLC acquisition control system, touch screen and host computer, and etc. The practical applications show that the test platform can meet the test requirements of the hydraulic control and electro-hydraulic proportional control of multi-way valve, and have high test accuracy and efficiency, as well as high reliability and friendly user interface. It will provide the experimental support for the test, design and maintenance of the product leaving factory.
