Abstract:Simulation software AMEsim 10.0 was used to establish a dual pump cross sensing control system model. By setting different positive flow control handle forces, the system flow response variation law was obtained. By setting different loads, the relationship between dual pump power absorption and the load value in a certain flow was obtained. By setting constant flow control and flow control without being the case for the system, the power distribution law by contemporary action was gotten. The results show that the system flow response is proportional to handle force, according with positive flow control law; in a certain flow rate, the dual pump power absorption is proportional to the loads, but the total power is constant; at a certain load, double action pump can achieve a variety of combinations at the same time; the power of the pump with positive flow control is less than the maximum power of a single pump, and the pump with maximum positive flow control can absorb the remaining part of the full pump power.
