Abstract:Counterbalance valve parameter of roadheader's hydraulic system has a major impact on the stability of the lifting movement of the roadheader. AMESim was used to establish the models of cutting header lifting movement hydraulic circuit load sensing pump, the proportion multi-way valve, counterbalance valve, cutting header lifting movement mechanism. AMESim optimization analysis tools were used. The counterbalance valve opening pressure was set as input parameter. The movement speed of hydraulic cylinder and flow were set as output parameters. The minimum speed, steady-state flow and flow error were defined as composite output parameters. The setting of best counterbalance valve opening pressure was obtained by designed optimization methods.
