Aiming at the limitations of traditional life distribution model identification method in reliability analysis, a fuzzy pattern recognition method of life distribution model based on the maximum overall average membership advantages guidelines was proposed. Then the method was used to identify the life distribution type of constant displacement pump based on timing censored life test. Finally, the censored life distribution model of constant displacement truncated pump was analyzed based on its reliability tub-curve. The results verify the correctness of the method and provide some reference for the reliability analysis of the hydraulic pump.
