Abstract:As the oil film starting point of dynamic bearing in roll grinder is not line of centres,in the calculation process,when setting attitude angle is difference, the angle of oil film starting point is not same. The mathematical model was established for two-dimensional dynamic bearing based on Reynolds equation, pressure distribution of dynamic bearing was obtained,so pressure value distribution of dynamic bearing on mid-section was gained,which was decomposed into along the load direction and vertical to the load direction. The curve equation of the pressure value distribution was fitted by MATLAB software,bearing capacity was obtained by the quasi-two-dimensional problem. The setting attitude angle was equal to the actual attitude angle of bearing when loading component on vertical to the load direction was close to zero,loading component along the load direction was the actual loading capacity of bearing at the setting attitude angle. The calculation greatly simplifies the operation process.
