    摘要:

    为了实现排污沟内淤积物自动清理和自动运输,设计了一种无缆式自动清运装置,该装置从根本上摆脱了恶劣、有害的作业环境对工人人身安全造成的威胁。在清运过程中,传感元件实时检测装置的异常运行状态,并通过控制器实施及时的纠正和相应的处理。控制器共采用3个PLC,PLC之间利用无线通信实现信息交互。实践表明:通过完善的控制设计,自动清运装置具备了一定的智能性和自主作业能力,使之能够更加灵活地适应排污沟内复杂的环境,从而更加有效地完成清运作业。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the automatic clean and transportation for the deposit within drainage trenches, a kind of cableless dredging and delivering device was designed, by which threat of the bad and harmful working environment on personal safety could be get rid of. During the clean and transportation process, the sensing element was used to detect the abnormal operation status of the device real-time, and timely correction and corresponding treatment were implemented by use of the controller. Three PLCs were adopted as the controller, between which the information interaction was realized by wireless communication. It has been demonstrated that the perfect control design makes the automatic device have a certain degree of intelligence and autonomous operation ability, which let it adapt to the complex environment of drainage trenches more flexibly, thus the dredging and delivering operation can be completed more effectively. 
