Abstract:In order to realize the automatic clean and transportation for the deposit within drainage trenches, a kind of cableless dredging and delivering device was designed, by which threat of the bad and harmful working environment on personal safety could be get rid of. During the clean and transportation process, the sensing element was used to detect the abnormal operation status of the device real-time, and timely correction and corresponding treatment were implemented by use of the controller. Three PLCs were adopted as the controller, between which the information interaction was realized by wireless communication. It has been demonstrated that the perfect control design makes the automatic device have a certain degree of intelligence and autonomous operation ability, which let it adapt to the complex environment of drainage trenches more flexibly, thus the dredging and delivering operation can be completed more effectively.
