Abstract:A hydraulic simulation model was built with using of AMESim software by aimed at the typical swing system about the electric controlling and direction changing concrete pump. A lording method of the system was proposed which was in uniform with the working condition when pumping the C25 concrete. The speed curve of the cylinder of swing system and the pressure variation curve of each key testing point were gotten. The simulation results contrasting with the experiment indicate that the built model is accurate, which can show the swing system of speed in direction changing, pressure variation law and the vibration characteristics. The model can be used to provide reference for study, type matching and selection, and optimal design of the swing system of the concrete pump.
