Abstract:In order to study the performance of a hydraulic public test platform, its computer simulation model was established in the EASY5 software environment. Moreover, through taking a working mechanism of wheel loader as test object, the dynamic characteristics under typical working conditions were simulated with analysis. The simulation results and the measured results are basically in consistent, which can realize the partial substitution test and over-routine test. The research results can provide a reference for the design, modification and parameter adjustment of various hydraulic test systems.
