    摘要:

    运用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,对内啮合齿轮泵泵体进行静力分析和动力分析。找出了静载荷下泵体的应力主要集中区和变形量较大的位置;对泵体进行模态分析,提取影响泵体性能的模态振型和频率,从而得出在交变载荷下,泵体发生共振时的频率以及共振幅值,为同类型齿轮泵的安装和使用提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    By using the finite element analysis (FEA) software in ANSYS Workbench, static and dynamic analysis were processed on the Straight Conjugate Internal Gear Pump.The stress concentration zone and location of large deformation that under the action of static load on the pump shell were found out. The natural frequencies and mode shape for the pump shell which impact the performance were obtained through the modal analysis. Thus the frequency and resonant amplitude at resonance occurred on the pump shell can be obtained under the cyclic loading, which provides a theoretical basis for the installation and use on the same types of gear pumps.
