Taking hydraulic system of cotton's top cutter as the research object，through detailed analysis，a mathematic model of the hydraulic system was established then it was simulated．The simulation results show that hydraulic system has perfect performance and high control precision．This method is of high economical efficiency and can be applied in engineering practice．
