    摘要:

    介绍了基于ZigBee技术的无线传感网络,将ZigBee技术应用到传动轴扭矩检测中,提出一种以ZigBee技术为基础的扭矩监测系统设计方案;设计了以CC2430无线射频芯片为核心的硬件电路,包括采集数据节点模块、接收处理模块;设计了传感器节点程序、上下位机串口通信程序。根据ZigBee协议,各节点间组成树状网络,实现对传动轴扭矩的监测与控制。试验表明了该监测系统的可行性,达到了设计目的,有着广泛的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    The wireless sensor net based on ZigBee was introduced.The ZigBee technology was used in detection of the transmitting shaft torque.A kind of design scheme of monitoring torque system based on ZigBee technology was presented. The hardware circuit was designed with CC2430 wireless frequency chip as the main chip, including date collection module, receiving and processing module. Sensor program and serial port communication program between upper machine and lower machine were designed. Tree network with nodes was made according to ZigBee protocol, to implement monitoring and controlling for the transmitting shaft torque. Test indicates the feasibility of the monitoring system, the design purpose is reached and the system has a broad application prospect.
