    摘要:

    MSMA是一种新型的功能材料,具有较大的应变和可控性位移。基于磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)的磁控特性和形状变化机制,设计出了新型直线伺服阀驱动器。该执行机构使用弹簧恢复其变形,采用直流线圈产生偏置磁场和应用交流线圈提供可控磁场。通过对先导型伺服阀进行简化及建模,不考虑磁滞等影响,使用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行仿真,并通过合理的参数设计,得到系统bode图和系统输出位移曲线图,验证了新型伺服阀驱动器结构设计的合理性。

    Abstract:

    The MSMA is a new type of functional materials, which has biggish driving force and controllable displacement. The new type of linear servo actuator was designed based on characteristics of magnetic control and mechanism of shape changing of Magnetic-control Shape Memory Alloy (MSMA). Spring was used by the actuator to recover the deformation, DC coils was employed to generate biasing magnetic field and AC coils were applied to provide magnetic field which was controllable. The pilot servo valve was simplified and molded without considering the effects of magnetic sluggish, and was numerically simulated by using MATLAB/SIMULINK software. Moreover through rational parametric design, the drawing of displacement curve of system output and drawing of bode of system were gotten. The rationality of structural design of the new type of actuator is validated.
