齿形参数对圆锯片应力应变的影响分析

    摘要:

    通过正交试验和有限元软件ANSYS分析了鼠牙形齿的前角、顶角及齿根圆角对圆锯片应力应变的影响,分析了齿根圆半径对各种最大应力的影响。结果表明:前角、顶角及齿根圆角对锯片应变的影响很小,齿根圆半径对最大径向压应力、切向拉应力和最大Von Mises应力影响相对最大,齿顶角对其影响相对最小;齿顶角对最大径向拉应力和切向压应力影响相对最大,齿前角对其影响相对最小。得出了最佳齿根圆半径范围,同时找到了最大Von Mises应力分布特点。

    Abstract:

    The orthogonal test and finite element (FE) ANSYS software were used to analyze the influence of rat tooth's rake angle, apex angle and tooth root fillet on the stress strain of saw blade. The influence of tooth root fillet on all kinds of maximum stress was analyzed. The results show that the influence of rake angle, apex angle and tooth root fillet on the strain of saw blade is very small. The radius of tooth root fillet is the largest influence relatively of maximum radial compressive stress, tangential tensile stress and maximum Von Mises stress, and apex angle's influence is at minimum relatively. Apex angle is the largest influence relatively of maximum radial tensile stress and tangential compressive stress, and rake angle's influence is at minimum relatively. The optimal range of radius of tooth root fillet is obtained, at the same time, the maximum Von Mises stress distribution characteristics is found.
