The wear tenacity and fatigue strength resistibility of cemented carbide by deep cryogenic process were improved. Through three different groups of carbide straight groove drill, the cast iron was processed under one parameter. Wear condition of each tool was analyzed, and durability of the tool was estimated. Results show that the deep cryofenic processed straight groove drill is superior to the others.
