Abstract:Some software were often needed and used to build numerical models of mechanical system in order to achieve system dynamical behaviors, and were calculated under required working condition so as to guide the design of system. By taking a hydraulic damper as an example, the MSCAdams and MSCEasy5 were used for co-simulation, and dynamic analysis was realized for the mechanical system. The calculation results show that both results of co-simulation model and original model are approximately same. At the same time, in the co-simulation model, the numerical model more approached to real model is obtained by analyzing damper internal structure so as to improve calculation accuracy of simulation. A researching tool is provided for further analyzing the relationship between physical structure and working character of the damper.
