Abstract:On the basis of deep research on the composition, working principles and control method of the hydraulic excavator working device power system, by using the control method of different working conditions, combining with the features of the engine, the system was divided into six power modes, thus the overall program of the automatic control system on the hydraulic excavator working device power regulation was determined. All the circuits to realize the corresponding function were designed, and type selection of hardware system components was finished. At the same time, under the idea of different layers and modules, the C Language was used on KEIL software to write all programs for the hardware system. After simulations and debug, the program optimized by research can ultimately realize the automatic control of hydraulic excavator working devices power.
