    摘要:

    滤波器在运动控制器中有着广泛的用途,对运动控制器性能的提升具有重要作用。首先简要介绍了控制器中不同滤波器种类及其作用,然后详细介绍了低通滤波器中的一阶和二阶模型,分析了每种类型的特性,并对二者的特性进行了对比。全面介绍了陷波滤波器,并给出了适合在工程中应用的模型及应用实例。总结了滤波器使用的一些要点。

    Abstract:

    Filter is widely applied in the motion controller field, for its main contribution to the improvement of motion controller in performance. In the first, different kinds of filters used in motion controller and their functions in the control loop were presented. Then the first-order low-pass filter and the second-order one were introduced in detail. The characteristics of each kind were analyzed, and the differences between them were pointed out. The notch filter was presented at length, and its model was obtained that was suitable for application in engineering, and an example was given. It concludes some important points when a filter is applied.
