基于差动机构的铣削力加载方法研究

    摘要:

    对铣削主轴单元进行切削力加载试验,是获得其加工精度、承载能力、可靠性、寿命等技术参数的一个重要手段。采用差动微进给结构可以在主轴承载范围内进行多试验点加载,加载力大小通过压力传感器读取,可以使测试精度得到保证;加载力通过陶瓷轴承的传递作用到刀杆上,满足高转速的测试要求;而传动系中加载斜面与球的引入可以有效模拟主轴的实际工况。

    Abstract:

    Cutting-force loading experiment is critical for acquiring some important technical parameters of a milling spindle, including accuracy,load capacity,reliability,service life,etc. Micro-feed-in capacity of differential mechanism makes sure the multi-point test under the range of spindle bearing allowance. The amplitude of cutting force was gotten from a fine pressure sensor, so the results were direct and persuasive. To meet the high-speed requirements, ceramic ball bearing sets were chosen as the transmission media between the differential mechanism and spindle's tool shank. Some bevel and balls were also introduced into experiment unit, which made the actual-working-condition simulation of spindle realize.
