基于普通车床的汽车铝合金零件多轴钻孔专机改造设计

    摘要:

    简单介绍成组技术的基本原理,分析了应用成组技术将普通车床改造成汽车铝合金零件多轴钻孔专机的流程。对汽车泵体零件的多轴钻孔专机进行了总体结构设计,通过工艺试验确定了合理的切削用量,重点对分轴箱模块、夹具模块和控制系统模块进行了模块化设计。制造出的专机在汽车泵体等汽车零件的加工中取得了良好的效果,为企业节约了成本和时间,同时也为用闲置车床改造成加工汽车零件的高效自动化多轴钻孔专机提供了借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Group technology was introduced briefly. The flow was analyzed that group technology was used to rebuild multi axis drilling machine for aluminum alloy automobile parts based on ordinary lathe. The general structure of multi-axis drilling machine used on pump body component of automobiles was designed. Then the reasonable cutting parameters were determined through experiments. Besides, the designs of axle box module, fixture module and control system module were focused on. Using this machine, good effect has achieved in the process of machining automotive parts such as pump body, and the cost and time are saved for enterprise. At the same time, it provides reference for other enterprises on how to transform the lathe in idle into efficient automatic multi-axis drilling machine applied to automotive parts machining.
