Abstract:By washing the tube with size of 600 mm×600 mm in air cooled condenser, the single blade was simulated in computer with FLUENT software. Test was done at different wind speed and different air mass flow per unit area of windward side, and heat performance was tested respectively before adding dirt and after adding dirt, and then after washed. Besides, by compared heat transfer performance under these two conditions, the conclusion was obtained. The wind resistance of tube can be reduced, and the heat transfer performance can also be increased by washing carefully for the dirty tube existed. The numerical value can basically be recovered to or a little higher than the ones before adding dirt. The simulation result consists with the test result approximately.
