石材桥式切割机数控系统的刀补研究

    摘要:

    为了实现对石材轮廓的精确加工,不同刀具的刀补模块设计是开发数控系统的关键技术。通过对C机能刀补算法的研究,简述了刀补转接的几种类型及其判断算法,结合石材桥式切割机的加工特点,对锯刀、铣刀、磨刀的刀补算法进行了设计。采用PC+运动控制卡的硬件结构,以Visual C++作为开发软件,设计了石材桥式切割机的数控系统软件。运行石材桥式切割机的数控系统,对锯刀、铣刀、磨刀刀补进行仿真,并在工厂中进行加工测试。结果表明:该切割机能稳定运行,其刀补算法实现了自动刀具补偿功能。 

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve accurate machining of stone contour, the design of cutter compensation module of different tools is the key technology for developing CNC system. Through the research of the C-function cutter radius compensation algorithm, several kinds of transforming of cutter compensation and its estimating algorithm were briefed, and by combining with the machining characteristics of the stone bridge cutting machine, the cutter radius compensation algorithm of sawing, milling and grinding were designed. By using the hardware structure of PC & motion control card, the stone bridge cutting machine CNC system software was designed and developed with Visual C++ software. Cutter compensation of sawing, milling and grinding were simulated, and the machining was tested in the factory. The results show that the machining of machine is stable, and the cutter radius compensation algorithm can realize automatic tool compensation function.
