防水锤用缓冲油缸的理论分析与仿真

    摘要:

    针对意外停泵时止回阀产生严重关阀水锤问题,提出采用缓冲油缸实现止回阀快关缓闭以减小水锤压力的方法。对缓冲过程进行理论分析,利用软件AMESim进行仿真验证。结果表明:水锤压力与流速变化成正比,缓冲油缸使止回阀缓闭过程的流速增量减小,从而把管道压力限制在允许范围内。

    Abstract:

    A solution to reduce water hammer pressure was put forward, which realized fast shutting and slowly-closing process of check valve owing to the buffer cylinder, by aimed at the problem of serious closing of check valve of water hammer caused by the pump unexpected stopping. The buffered process of cylinder was theoretically analyzed, and validated with simulation by AMESim software. The results show that the water hammer pressure is proportional to changing of velocity of flow, and the pressure in pipes can be limited in a permitted range, due to slowly-closing process of check valve which reduces the increasing of velocity of flow by the buffer cylinder.
